How to Find Any Business Owner's Email Address

Finding a business owner's email by hand is tedious: dig through the website, check the About page, guess formats, then hope it doesn't bounce. Here's how to do it reliably.

1. Check the business's own website first

The contact, about, and team pages are where real emails live. Owner names often appear there too, which lets you match a name to an address.

2. Filter out the junk

  • Skip disposable and throwaway domains
  • Flag role inboxes (info@, sales@) — they're lower-intent
  • Discard image and template addresses that regex false-positives on

3. Verify before you send

An unverified email is a bounce waiting to happen, and bounces hurt your sender reputation. Check each address against live mail servers and score it Valid, Risky, or Invalid.

Do it in one step
